When I tried to change - I failed...

When I received the devastating diagnosis of hormone cancer and severe heart failure, my future started to melt before my eyes.

In that heart-wrenching moment, I said to my husband that I would NOT accept this —I would do whatever it took & use every ounce of strength to LIVE!

With unwavering determination and focus, I embarked on a journey of transformation……but within that first week, I encountered FAILURE!

Why, you ask, when all I wanted to do was live?

It was the weight of my programming—years of conditioning had taught me to WORK hard and PLAY hard, leaving me incapable of rest, relaxation, and healing.

My very own programming resisted change.....

I found myself trapped in cycles of overthinking, comfort overeating & drinking, restless nights, stress, pain and a reliance on pain relief tablets—this had become my identity ☹

The resistance to change was like a big boulder in my path; the struggle felt insurmountable...

Then, an epiphany struck: I had guided THOUSANDS of clients through transformations from chronic mental and physical illness before, and I realised I, too, could unlock this potential within myself.

So, I learned to tune in to my body’s whispers, connected with the power of my mind.

I began connecting my Mind and Body, commanding my system to release negative emotions, beliefs & past trauma's I embarked on the path of self-healing

I grew more emotionally resilient, stronger, and empowered, and my health began to blossom.

After further tests, I returned to my Cardiologist, he said “You have reversed your heart failure!” Upon visiting my GP, she said, “I don’t know what you’re doing, but keep it up!”

I was healing...
